Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients Directions
  • Strawberries
  • 1 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of cayenne (optional)
  • Fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • Stevia to taste

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour over fresh arugula or green salad. Garnish with sliced strawberries and freshly ground black pepper. Variations: use as a marinade or sauce for chicken.  Makes 1 serving (1 fruit)

Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Citrus Dressing

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 T. lemon
  • 1 package stevia
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Dill Dressing

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. water
  • 2 T. dried basil
  • 2 T. dried dill
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 t. dry mustard
  • 1 t. onion powder

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Fat Free Tartar Sauce

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons relish
  • 1 large green onion chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

Mix together the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, green onion, and red wine vinegar. For best results, refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Fresh Salsa

Ingredients Directions
  • 4 - 5 Tomatoes
  • 4 T. lemon juice
  • 3 - 4 T. Garlic Minced (Jar)
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Cayenne Pepper to Taste
  • Cilantro (fresh or dried) to Taste
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 shakes celery salt
  • 2 shakes onion salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 3 packages stevia

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

HCG Diet Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 cup tomato sauce (sugar free)
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 T. finely chopped sweet onion or shallot
  • 1T. Splenda
  • 2 T. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. drained, prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • Pinch cumin
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch freshly ground black pepper

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

No Sugar Strawberry Jam

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 (3oz Packet) strawberry flavored gelatin

In a large saucepan crush strawberries. Add water and gelatin, mixing well. Over medium heat bring mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.  Pour into jars, allow cooling, and covering. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week, or frozen for several weeks

Oriental Salad Dressing

Ingredients Directions
  • ¼ Cup MCT oil
  • 1 T. HCG approved Mayonnaise or non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 T. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Bragg Liquid Amino's ½ tsp.
  • stevia, or sweeten to taste

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Spicy BBQ Sauce and Marinade

Ingredients Directions
  • 24 oz. HCG Salsa
  • 2/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 drops Stevia or 5 packets
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tsp. Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce -- (hot pepper sauce - 1/2 to 1)
  • 1 or 2 dashes garlic powder

Add all ingredients in a blender and mix well. Keep refrigerated.

Approximately 220 Calories total

Strawberry Syrup

Ingredients Directions
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 12 drops Stevia/or 3 packets granulated Stevia

In microwave-safe bowl, combine all ingredients and toss. Microwave for 2-3 minutes until berries start to dissolve.

Veggie Dressing

Ingredients Directions
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Shake all ingredients well in a tightly covered jar. Keep covered in refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

HCG Friendly BBQ Sauce

Ingredients Directions
  • 2 strips of fat-free turkey bacon, chopped fine (or see substitutions)
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 small can (6 oz) tomato paste
  • 1 can (12 oz) diet (sugar-free) cola - Splenda-sweetened
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free catsup
  • 3 T. mustard
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • Hot sauce to taste
  • 1/2 cup of water

Pan-fry the turkey bacon. Add onion and cook over medium flame for about 4 minutes. Add garlic clove and stir. Add the remaining ingredients including the water. Stir. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes. To adjust flavor use any of the following: vinegar, Stevia drops or packets, and/or hot sauce. (Sweetener will tone down spiciness).

*Makes approx. 10 servings of 1/4 cup with approx 15 - 30 calories, and 1 gram of fiber, depending on products used.
