Need more of a snack? Need a better way to eat all those vegetables?
- ½ sliced onion
- 1 crushed melba toast
- 1 tbsp of skim milk
- (any additional approved seasonings)
Mix milk peppers and salt. Dip sliced onion pieces in the milk mixture then place it into the crushed melba toast. Place these onion rings on a cookie sheet. Then put them in the oven at 450 degrees for about 15 minutes or until slight browning.
